    Creatis is an open textile platform that connects creators with masters and designers.

    We offer a comprehensive range of services, under the categories of Hire, Learn, Create, Shop designed to bring your visions to life.

  • Who is a creator, master & designer at Creatis?

    At Creatis, you are the creator—an individual driven by the desire to bring something into existence. A master is one who honours and practices traditional crafts, while a designer harnesses the power of modern digital tools to craft your vision.

  • Describe the creators that engage with Creatis.

    The majority of our creators consist of students and designers, hailing from institutions such as FIT, Parsons, RISD, SCAD (International), as well as NIFT, IICD, Arch, Pearl Academy (Domestic).

  • Where is the Studio?

    Our studio is located in Bais Godam, Jaipur, 5 minutes from C-Scheme.

  • Do I need to register for a service?

    Advance notification (registration or booking) is required for all services. Visit to Creatis is by appointment only.

  • How do I cancel or reschedule a class?

    In order to ensure an exceptional experience, we make necessary preparations ahead of each visit. If your plans change and you require canceling or rescheduling, kindly inform us by responding to your confirmation email. You can receive a full refund of fees if you cancel your reservation at least 3 hours in advance for groups of fewer than 5, or 24 hours in advance for groups of 5 or more, prior to the scheduled class time. To fully enjoy your experience, we kindly request that you arrive on time.

  • What is the class size?

    Maximum participation varies by class (between 4 to 16).

  • Do you offer weekend classes?

    We offer classes Tuesday through Saturday.

  • Do I get to keep what I make?

    Everything you make is yours to keep. For example, in our single access dye and print classes, you get to create a stole or sarong. In our monthly access embroidery and stitch class, you will create a portfolio and garments (stitch class).

  • How should I dress? What should I bring with me?

    Our classes are hands-on. Please wear comfortable clothing. Smocks are provided in our dye & print classes. We provide all basic supplies, with some exceptions, which are sourced from deadstock or waste. Feel free to bring your own fabric if you prefer.

  • How do I pay?

    You have the option to pay at time of registration (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX) or at time of visit (Cash, UPI, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). Fees listed are inclusive of GST, so no additional charges are added. We practice aparigraha, non receiving of gratuity or gifts.

  • Do I receive a certificate after my class? (Monthly Access)

    Selected modules come with a certificate of completion. Please refer to the class page for more details.

  • Do you offer offsite workshops?

    Our Create Away workshops are a unique opportunity for you to explore your creativity beyond the confines of our studio. These offsite craft and design workshops are designed to unleash your artistic potential in diverse locations across Jaipur.

  • Can you suggest a place to stay near Creatis? (Monthly Access)

    We suggest using Airbnb.

  • Can I order food at the studio?

    You have the option to order food through a food aggregation app such as Zomato or Swiggy. Additionally, we provide biscuits and brew at our studio.

  • What is the Hire rate?

    Please visit our 1MOQ page for hourly rates. We are happy to provide you with an approx. time to completion.

  • What products can I make? And what techniques are available?

    We offer (natural) dye, print, embroidery, and stitching for clothing, interiors, and accessories.

  • Can I showcase my work at Creatis?

    You must be a member to showcase your work.

  • Are there instructions on how to use the kits?

  • Are the workshops suitable for children?

    We have specified age requirements for our programs. Participants must be 12 years or older for workshops, and if they are under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult. For classes, the minimum age requirement is 18 years.
