Workshops:
You can receive a full refund of fees if you cancel your reservation at least 3 hours in advance for groups of fewer than 4, or 24 hours in advance for groups of 4 or more, prior to the scheduled class time.

Kits:
We offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused
Accompanied by printed copy of your order confirmation email
We’ll issue an RMA number and share return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to process it.
