Stitch Guide
Kaari is a compact stitch reference built for the Creatis embroidery workshop. It covers twenty foundational stitches across five categories — from running and backstitch to satin, french knots, and couching — each with an SVG diagram, a plain-language description, and a difficulty marker. A second tab covers seven regional Indian embroidery traditions: Kashida, Kasuti, Phulkari, Chikankari, Kantha, Rabari, and Gota Patti — with signature stitches, fabric notes, and the regional and cultural context that makes each tradition distinct. Participants use it during the workshop to look up a stitch they've just learned or a technique they want to revisit.
