Palettable (Workshop) is a palette-generation app used to build harmonious color combinations for our block print workshop. A user selects a dominant color and preferences (such as number of colors or style), and the app generates coordinated palettes that can be refined interactively. It helps makers quickly explore balanced color schemes for the selected design. Palettable (Kit) is a color mixer app, for our make-at-home kits, that translates a named color (e.g., terracotta, sage, coral) into a practical paint mixing recipe using available Fevicryl acrylic colors. The user enters a color name, and the app calculates the closest match by testing combinations of base paints and ratios. It then outputs a suggested mixture with percentages and batch quantities, helping artists recreate the target color reliably in real paint.
