Do I need to register?
If you haven’t already, please take a moment to register. Advance registration, along with confirmation, is required for a class, maker pass, hire-a-master.
What is the class size?
Our classes are small in size, varying between 2-4 per master, allowing for a personalized learning experience.
Where is the studio?
How should I dress? What should I bring with me?
Our classes are hands-on. Please wear comfortable clothing. Smocks are provided in our print classes. All materials (cloth or handmade paper) are provided by us, unless stated otherwise. However, you may bring your own material/garment to use.
Can you suggest a place to stay?
We suggest using Airbnb to find a place to stay near Creatis.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
To provide you with the best experience it takes us preparation before every class. We'd appreciate informing us, by responding to your confirmation email, 3 hours before your class if your plans change and you need to cancel or reschedule. Class will begin at time mentioned in your confirmation email. Please arrive on time for a full experience.
Can I order food at the studio?
We take a lunch break from 1:00 to 1:30 pm. We are happy to order food for you. We suggest Cafe Bae and Eat Fit (lunch and snacks). They’re well rated, and in close proximity to the studio. You can also use Uber Eats or Zomato app for more food delivery options. Cost of meals are not included in our fee.
How do I pay for my visit?
Payment is collected at time of visit. We currently accept cash, Google Pay, Paypal or bank transfer. Fees listed are exclusive of GST (18% for Class and Maker Pass; 5% for Hire-A-Master).
A note about liability
Your safety and well being is important to us. We take precautions to keep you safe. However, Creatis shall not be responsible for any injury and shall not be liable for medical or other expenses.
DIY resources to create more
We hope, after your visit to Creatis, you’ve gained creative confidence and a starting point to stimulate creativity everyday. Because creating makes us happy! A good DIY resource is Instructables, a step by step guide to making things. Through Instructables you’ll find other handy tools to assist you with your creative projects. Also, check out local resources for creative supplies. And if you need space, equipment, tools as you work, consider our Maker Pass. We offer a day, week, month and annual pass.
