  • Services/Hire

    By using the artwork provided to us, you confirm that you possess the necessary rights to do so.

    Punctuality is appreciated. Your appointment slot will be held for 15 minutes, after which it will be reassigned.

    Any questions regarding your Hire bill must be addressed within one week of the billing date.

    For one-time projects, your invoice will be sent upon completion and payment is due upon receipt. For ongoing projects, invoices are sent every Tuesday and payment is due upon receipt.

  • Services/Learn

    The entire class fee must be paid before commencing the class.

    You can receive a full refund of fees if you cancel your reservation at least 3 hours in advance for groups of fewer than 5, or 24 hours in advance for groups of 5 or more, prior to the scheduled class time.

    Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time to provide ample time for setup. Classes are held daily, except on Sundays & Mondays, and are either at 11 am or 3 pm, with each session lasting 1 hour. However, there are two exceptions to this schedule: the Dabu print class takes place off-site twice a month, and design classes are held once a week.

    We provide all basic supplies, with some exceptions, which are sourced from deadstock or waste. Feel free to bring your own supplies if you prefer.

    There is no obligation for monthly access, and if you wish to continue, you can renew your access after the initial month. The fees for monthly access classes renew on 4th Tuesday after your start date.

    Participating in the monthly access class requires you to share a journal and physical samples of each session with the class facilitator, which enables us to monitor your progress.

    The minimum age allowed is 18 years.

  • Services/Shop

    We currently ship within 7-10 days from the order date. (We’ll be working on reducing ship time.)

    We currently ship within India, and to US, UK, Germany, Australia. (We’ll be working on shipping to more countries.)

    Our kits are designed for ages 18+.

    Our shop items, except personalized, come with a 14-day, from time of receipt, return option. Personalized items do not have a return option.

    Refunds are processed within 2 days of receipt of product. The cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    To return your product, please mail product to address listed here. Products must be unused and returned with original packaging.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Services/Create

    Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Kindly ensure you have your own materials when working solo. We provide studio space, equipment, and a collection of tools.

    The use of machines, tools, and equipment is contingent upon our verification that you are skilled in using them.

    Kindly refrain from interrupting Masters during solo work. If you need assistance from a Master, please make use of our Hire service.

    The prepaid pack value is applicable for Hire services and towards Dye, Print, Embroidery, Stitch, Fit Master and Designer.

    The membership remains active for either one year or until your Hire or Create hours are exhausted, depending on which occurs first.

    You assume responsibility for any items showcased at the studio.

  • Conduct

    At Creatis, we are committed to fostering a creative and collaborative environment where all creators can thrive. To ensure a harmonious and respectful atmosphere, we have established the following code of conduct:

    Kindly request assistance if you require access to any supplies.

    Photography, except of your work, is prohibited.

    We will not capture your photograph without your permission. Provided that you give us your verbal consent, we are authorized to incorporate your image in our marketing materials, including but not limited to Instagram, our website, and other promotional literature.

    The security cameras in the studio are installed solely for surveillance purposes.

    The use of any equipment requires prior consent and is prohibited otherwise.

    Consumption of food is solely permitted in specific areas. Please ask a team member.

    We have the authority to grant or deny entry to the studio. Any misconduct may result in the prohibition of future access to the studio and the forfeiture of any fees paid.

    We value the uniqueness of each creator's work. Before replicating or using someone else's ideas, always seek permission and give credit when due.

    Embrace a spirit of open collaboration. Share your ideas, techniques, and inspirations generously with fellow creators.

    Consider formal legal safeguards, such as non-disclosure agreements or copyright agreements, if you wish to protect your work more comprehensively.

    Build and maintain trust within the Creatis community. Trust promotes responsible sharing, reduces the temptation to copy, and enhances our collective creativity.

  • Safety & Liability

    Creatis is a functional studio that contains industrial equipment, and we prioritize your safety and well-being. While we take necessary precautions to ensure your safety, please note that Creatis cannot be held responsible for any harm or negligence that may occur. Additionally, we will not be liable for any medical expenses or other related costs.

    Any items left behind, intentionally or unintentionally, are solely the responsibility of the owner, and we cannot be held liable for them.

    While we take necessary precautions, there are instances, particularly in printing and dyeing, where things can go awry. It should be noted that we are not liable for any damage incurred to your materials during the work process.

  • Your Data

    Your data isn’t shared.

    We use only your email address for service updates, and your phone number if we need to reach you urgently.

  • Experiment

    Since we are in the process of development, some of our services are currently in experiment mode, which could lead to less-than-ideal experiences. We are grateful for your patience as we evaluate our performance and work towards enhancing our services. Your feedback is highly valued.
